TELL US ABOUT YOUR FIRST CORVETTE—Ken Wise first corvette was a 1973. He bought it new in ’73. He was an Air Force recruiter at the time and said he had to arm wrestle the dealer because the dealer had another buyer for $1000 more. He said he told the dealer there would be a lot of bad publicity if he didn’t get it. His 2nd one was an ’84.
Jeff Bruggeman showed the carved 50th Anniversary wall hangings he has for sale like the ones he had seen on the Rankins wall. He has two available for $60 each. This is a bargain since the Rankins bought theirs at the National Museum 50th Anniversary event for over $90.
Carol Lankford has chances for sale for a 4 x 8 playhouse $1 ea. Or 6/$5 these will benefit Neosho Habitat for Humanity
Jane Bullard had flyers available for the 2008 Hope for the Holiday Toy Run on Nov. 22nd. The group will leave Cycle Connection at 1:30pm and head to St. Paul’s Methodist Church for the Chili Feed. Hot chocolate & donuts will be served from 11-1:30 at Cycle Connection..
