Minutes of April 2010 Meeting
The regular monthly meeting was called to order on April 13, 2010, at 7:06 pm by President, Larry Lankford. The members present approved the minutes of the March meeting. Carol Lankford gave the Treasurer's report which was approved by the members present. There are currently 66 members.
We welcomed John Wilcox as a new member. He and his wife have a 77 mid year.

Carol visited Chrildren's Haven and said that the room is still the favorite but the bedding is looking faded. The idea was tossed around to maybe purchase new bedding in the future.
Cruises- One night a month everyone get together and do one cruise together. For April plan on Miami on the 24th. May 8 Neosho square.
Phil would like to put on another autocross seminar May 2nd on the track. Far east parking lot at Northpark Mall set up a sigle feature no charge event. Prereq would be that they prepay for the next autocross. If we can get Wally Kennedy to feature it in the Globe on Tuesday's watching Rangeline section then we could get the lot at no cost for this seminar. Set up at 1pm be finished by 4pm.
Abbi motioned to charge $50 to autocross latecomers that show up too late to work the first heat. The motion was seconed by David Adams. Majority approved.
Pitt state might be an option for an autocross in the future.
