I see AWB are playing a gig tonight,26th April. Does anyone know,or is anyone going to the gig who can tell us afterwards, if Onnie is playing ?

Onnie was playing the April 26th show at the Keswick Theatre, Glenside. It was mentioned at the show that this was his first night back. No mention of why he was absent. Brett Carter also sang the entire set list with Tower of Power as their lead singer, Larry Braggs had to undergo immediate eye surgery a few days earlier.

Onnie was not with the band on May 5th at Tangier in Akron, Ohio. Anyone know what's up?

Saw the boys last Saturday in Monroe, MI. Great show! Got a setlist and took some great pictures. Asked Alan after the show and was told a bit more time...I think he said a few weeks but he was doing well.
By the way, Onnie's replacement that night was a super session man most in the audience probably didn;t know, DAVID SPINOZZA!! OMG!!! David has played with nearly everyone on many of their greatest releases. Paul Simon, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, John Lennon, BB King, Gil Scott-Heron, Rod Stewart, Michael Franks, Les McCann, Bonnie Raitt, Jim Croce,Labelle, Bette Midler...... ROYALTY I tell you and he did a GREAT job. Get well Onnie.
