Greetings gang - all 8 or 10 of us who still frequent this board and hello to Fred. Fred, we have not heard from you for a period of time and I assume you are taking a well deserved rest and re-energizing for the band's 2012 tour schedule. Can you give us an update on who might be touring with the band this year in Klyde's place?? Also, any information on different AWB songs that the band might add to the set list for this go round. Speaking of different songs, I could swear that I saw a short clip on Youtube of the band playing "Same Feeling Different Song" from late last year but I can't seem to find the clip again now. SFDS is a great AWB gem that I have never seen the band perform in the many shows I have seen. Hope to hear from you soon as the few of us left that post here are truly the most hardcore of all AWB fans in the world. THANKS and see you in March at the Birchmere!!! Kelly

Hi Kelly,

Obviously, I rarely check this forum anymore, which accounts for the tardiness of my reply. Things are in a state of flux at the moment. As PJ pointed out (as well a couple of other fans in other threads) Mo Pleasure and Brent Carter have been doing the shows with us. I encourage everyone to come out and hear these two amazing musicians. The rest of us are just enjoying listening to them.

Both guys will be with us for most of the upcoming shows (except for the 2 Upstate NY gigs) so I encourage anyone to make the trip to check out this incarnation of the band. As Alan remarked "Mo is the greatest musician I've ever played with". I definitely second that. And Brent has been one of my favorite vocalists for a long time. Both of these cats are my neighbors and I'm happy to get the chance to be out there on the road with them.

I have been following Mo Pleasure since MJ died. This is incredible that Mo is in the AWB line up. Who knows what avenues this opens up. Google Mo Pleasure and see some of his vids on Youtube. I remember watching "This is it" and seeing him on the show and thinking like "WTF, Freddy V hangs out with this guy!" Brent Carter has some mighty vocals. I remember him with TOP. This is amazing. I mean when we went from Eliot to Klyde it was phenom and thought who is going to replace Klyde and then these 2 U.S. mates. So hoping for a HOB Cleveland event. HOpe the calendar fills up for this year
