To answer your questions, yes, all were very satisfactory. The rental place was very good, from pick up to drop off. The bike was in great shape as well, nice to see the fleet is recent.
I would also like to mention how nice it was to talk to one of your reps. Her name is Darleen and she works out of your Wrightwood office. She went out of her way to help me out on my trek down route 66 and it was very much appreciated. In these days of non- customer service , it is almost unheard of someone going over and beyond what they are requested to do. All that to say a big thank you to her and your team for a great vacation on a great ride.
My next rental ride may be in Italy, and I see that you have Harleys available in Florence.
