On a side note, today is the Army's birthday. I don't know if they sent out invitations.
The real party will be 10 November. They need to send over a team to find out how to celebrate a birthday.

Mr. Skelton was a man of great talent and wore two hats. When he had his funny hat on he wasn’t just funny, he was hilarious! When he had his serious hat on he sometimes cut to the bone.
My opinion is that in all likelihood he is in the “Big House” keeping the angles well entertained, as he should be. He is greatly missed!
