Yes Jerry, you gotta skin "em, the skin gets too tough when you Barbecue them......
Heck, I would even head North to shoot some prairie rats ( if by prairie rats, you mean rockchuck ).
I just love to shoot stuff! It usually involves hunting and sitting around campfires! Both are things that I enjoy immensly.

Jim -- I guess we didn't get around to discussing that hog opportunity this coming weekend with the folks at the range. I wonder if it's doable? Will need to commit one way, or the other, by tomorrow (Mon) AM.
