Has anyone kept record of, or know how many days have been lost to this damned pistol berm construction? I’m getting really sick of hearing, “be patient”!

Yeah, this time the new contractor was supposed to be finished in a week wasn't he.
But.......all BS aside it looks like this new outfit has accomplished quite a bit. I just think our board of directors "Over thought" this ALOT!!!!!!
I really think it would take them six months to build a dog house with all the second guessing and arguing.

Well I got some good news today concerning this cluster ****! The range will be open weekdays from 5:30PM till sunset. An hour and a half with diminishing daily time ain’t much but its 100% better than not at all and I’ll take it.
In the future, when expansions are needed, I would hope that the club attorney would earn his keep and write up a contract that would impose penalties for running over a specified time frame and maybe a bonus for early completion? I don’t know jack snot about contracts but I think even I am smart enough to come up with something that would stand in court. I wrote enough offense reports in my time that have stood muster.
