Wife and I are both from Crosby. We have two kids who are the 5th generation of our family here; daughter in college and son in high school. I’m 45 years old and have worked the past 25 years in the pipeline and petro chemical industry doing automation and control systems design and programming. Been a member since the range opened here. Son and I hunt and fish every chance we get. We don’t use the range heavily; maybe a couple times a month to keep the hunting rifles in tune. We’re lucky to live on enough land to do our plinking and informal clay busting on. Lurked here for a while from time to time, and decided to jump in. Just find it hard to touch a computer at home after sitting in front of one all day at work. And for the relevant information, the Cliffs Notes version: NRA Member, Conservative, wear Crocs, drink cheap beer, don’t care much for canned ravioli, own more guns than I need but not as many as I want, and to my knowledge have never eaten a scone. http://s3.excoboard.com/preset/smile.gif

Welcome to the Board guy.

Jump in with both "crocs"!

On behalf of Croc aficionados everywhere, my most heartfelt greetings and salivations are exuberantly extended.

A few things to ruminate upon:

Crocs are kewl and will attract hott chixx.

Cheap beer is teh suk.

Scones are gud, but will make U fat.

Wolkom.

Welcome crosbonian.
It is a scientific fact that crocs are a hott chik repellant.
It has also been proven through extensive testing that Busch Lite
is a hott chik attractant. Throw in some canned Ravioli and they go
into a feeding frenzy. Sounds like a party to me!
I read this in a medical journal while sitting in the barber shop.

Please, don't thank me.

Thanks for the welcome guys.

Well G, you won't find any fancy guns or exotic calibers in my safe (yet), pretty vanilla stuff. I've got several bolt actions, .243 thru .300 Win. A few mil surp bolt guns too that we take out for fun now and then. I handload for some of my hunting rifles and those get most of the range time. Shoot pistols probably the most though. Nothing formal, just try to practice as often as I can.
Pretty boring huh?
