At an all time high of assuming power not granted by the constitution, should we really be surprised at this? This government has used the excuse of national security, racial/religious tolerance, best for the common good, to seize more and more power and they keep getting away with it.

Holy Shiite! These emergency powers frighten the hell out of me. Just like in the "Chocolate City" when the cops confisticated the peoples guns!
We are headed into strange days.
It is time to take back America.
You know whether it be a silly damn gunclub or the US gov't it just scares the hell out of the folks "in Power" to have the "subjects" communicate. That should not bother honest men.
