The setting was a golden field, fairly desserted, only one other person was there Reid. Her blondish hair was slightly blowing in the breeze as Sean slowly came up to her with that trademark smirk of confidence.
"Hello love." he said overly sweet.
She smiled at him,"Oh Sean, I can't possibly live another day without you." and as soon as the words parted from her lips they were on his.

That dream lasted for a couple of minutes longer with things that probably shouldn't be written anywhere, until finally the fantasy was broken with the sound of his mother's shrieking voice from downstairs.

"SEAN MCKINLEY ARE YOU AWAKE YET?!!!" her voice was very irratating as it rung in his ears as he reluctantly got up.
"YES." he groaned loud enough for her to hear. It was good enough I guess since there were no other words
between the two after that. He was regretting that he agreed to stay with them the week before he was supposed to go to Hogwarts, at least this would be his last day, and after that he could go back to his own
home. He stretched out and got out of bed. He put on a nice clean white shirt with thin blue stripes and
changed his pants to equally as nice black slacks that were all still in his suit case. He walked down the stairs slowly and to the kitchen, where his mother was already finished with breakfast and both his parents were reading the daily paper, avoiding eye contact as they always did. Sean had gotten used to this, when he was younger it was almost intolerable, but now it was just part of his life that blended in with the everyday that he got a chance to see them.
"Breakfast is on the counter sweetheart." his mother said in a nicer voice than before. She could be nice if she wanted to, and if she was in the right mood, but even now it had a slight edge that was only caused because Mr. Mckinley was in the room with her.
Sean picked up his plate full of food, eggs, toast, and a couple slices of bacon, as most days. He didn't even
want to sit with his parents, he just stood there with his plate and fork that came with it, eating one piece of
egg at a time with the ocassional toast bite. The room was so quiet that it was loud, every slight noise was
amplified. The chewing of food, the turning of a newspaper paper, the sip of some tea, everything. After he swallowed his 7th mouthful of food he sighed,"Anything good in the prophet dad?" the word of "dad" was a little foul in his mouth, but it was the right thing to say. He was still family afterall.
The father shook his head slowly,"No..." he put the paper down and looked at him with his still sparkling blue eyes. Mr. Robert Mckinley was still as handsome as when Sean's mother went long ago. Most of his son's features came from him, like his reddish blonde hair, eyes, height, and the Irish accent, which Sean's mother did not have. Little was inherited from his mother, Margaret, the only thing that was passed down was her cooking skills.
"You must be excited about leaving us, right son?" he joked.
Sean shrugged, and that was it. He didn't have many words to say to him usually and this was no exception.
His father smiled at him anyhow and looked up at the clock. "Are you all packed up? We only have about ten more minutes before we leave."
He looked at his plate on the counter, it was pretty much done. He nodded to him without saying anything again, and put the dish and fork in the sink fairly carelessly.

His old room was clean and spotless when he first came here, now it was like it's old self, messy and
disorganized. He piled up his clothes back into his suitcase, made sure his schoolbooks and robes were all in his trunk, and then hauled out everything down the stairs. Margaret and Robert were standing outside,
probably quietly arguing, but soon after he had come downstairs they came in with silent ice cold attitudes
focused on each other. This was getting really old for him, his mother should've just thrown him out and let it
be the end. "Well...Good-bye." he said unenthusiastically as he just stopped in front of the fireplace.
Both of his parents got a confused look on their face. "Didn't we tell you that we were meeting the Cormwells there?" his father asked him.
Sean's instinct reaction was aggravation, until he heard the name of Cromwell. "Cromwells...don't they have a daughter named Reid?" he asked hiding his slight eagerness.
Robert saw right through this of course and used his son's smirk,"Yes." he nodded slowly. It was rare that both of the Mckinley parents would share the same reaction, but this time it was obvious that they were
pleased that Sean was interested enough in the Cromwell's daughter to remember her.
"Well let's get going!" she said happily to only her son, passing him the floo powder for him to take. He smiled to her and took a handful of dust,"Platform 9 and 3/4." he said perfectly clear, making sure he wouldn't be sent to some god knows where place. There was a poof of smoke and he and his luggage were gone.

Up early, dressed in a white blouse and dark green skirt. Her hair pulled back in to a ponytail. Prefect that's what she was and nothing else would be excepted by her or her parents. Walking down the stairs, Reid Gwyneth Cromwell was what every girl wanted to be, well at lest she thought so.
Stepping in to the dinning room to find the house-elf placing her plate on to the table. And just like every morning her parents, Jonathan and Daphne Cromwell As she does every morning, Reid walked to her father, kissed him and said "Good morning" and then the same for her mother. Taking her set she started eating. These were the only word spoken at the table. Her father was very strict about how his house was run and no one went against him.
Setting her fork down as she finished, Reid waited for her father to say she was aloud to leave. But something was different about this day. He waited longer then he should have.
Looking to her mother for some sign as to what was going on. She found nothing, Reid was left to wait for the worst to hit. "What had she done wrong this time." she wondered. She had been the prefect daughter all summer and now she was going back for her sixth year at Hogwarts. She was sure she would be a prefect this year but wasn't chosen. She was fine with this she wanted to spent more time on her school work and being with friends.
Hearing her father clear his throat Reid came back to what was going on right here at the table.
"Your mother and I have come to the decision that it's time to pick the man we woudl like to see you with."
Reid almost lost her breakfast at her father's words. Did they really think that she was going to let them tell her who she was going to marry.
"No, no, no," her mind keep yelling but she knew she could never say that out loud. glancing back and forth from her mother to her father, not should who to look at as she asked her question.
"And who would that be?"
Closing her eyes as her father's lips curled in to a smile. "Please don't let him say his name. If there any mercy for me please don't let him say his name," she begged
That was almost an hour ago and Reid was still in shock. They truly wanted her to go to school and make some thing happen with Sean Mckinley. Just thinking his name made her sick.
Walking in to the living room as they got ready to leave for the train. Reid stood in silence unable to speak as she waited for her father. He was always the last to show when it was time to leave. Taking the floo powder from her mother as her father stepped in to the living room.
"We did tell you that we are meeting the Mckinley's at the platform."
Feeling her stomach drop as she grabbing a hand full of dust. Taking a deep breath Reid threw the dust and said platform 9 and 3/4. Hoping it came out right but what did she care. Any place but the platform would be great right now.

Sean appeared in the newly built fireplace just a couple of walks to the platform. He stepped out so his family could come without hitting him on the way, and soon enough his mother and then his father came walking out with slight smiles on their faces. Without saying anything again, they walked to the platform, but as last time the silence was broken..but not in a good way. A young muggle woman passed them, she was a bright blond with a stereotype look about her. Both of the males in the family watched her pass along with watchful eyes, especially Mr.Mckinley. It was his misfortune that his wife was watching all of this happening, but only cared about her spouse not her son's eyes. Her own eyes narrowed and her jaw was clenched with anger, how dare he do this again. It would probably be a good time to tell everyone why exactly there was so much tension between the two. A year ago Robert had an affair with girl only slightly older than his own son at work, which was at the ministry of magic. This went on for a couple of weeks, until his Margaret found out by word of gossip. She was right on the edge of divorcing him and putting him out on the curb where he belonged until he promised he would never do it again. It took time, but finally she agreed to take him back, but forever he would be on thin ice.
When he could feel her eyes bearing into the back of head, he snapped his head around to look at her again,"She has got to have the ugliest sweaters on." he lied, but for now it worked as she turned her gaze else where with a little bit of guilt but suspicion on her face. Sean lifted his sight off the girl as well as soon as he heard his father's pathetic excuse for looking at  her. It was quite ironic how he hated the very person that he had become, but didn't know it yet.

Opening her eyes as she appeared in the fireplace just down from the platform. She was wishing that she had said her words wrong. Everything she was hoping for this was gone. How do you make something happen with someone you despise with your whole being. Stepping out Reid cleaned her self off as she waited for her parents to appear. First her mother and the her father, Jonathan was very much the gentleman when it came to everything. Reid like to say it was his way of controlling everything. He wasn't letting them go first to be nice, he wanted to make sure they went where he wanted them to. Biting her lip as they started down the platform, she wasn't looking forward to this morning. Reid wonder why life was always throwing things like this at her. Sure she loved her life who wouldn't, she was pure-blood, she had the mind, the looks and the body that any girl would envy. She hadn't meet a guy yet that did want to date her, let alone how many had their parents asking to meet hers. She was the pure-blood that every pure-blood family wanted their son to marry. So why pick Sean, because his father was Jonathan's best friend and what better way to join their family then to have their children marry. Did anyone think about what Reid thought about all of this. Why should they she was just the girl and who cared what they thought.
Glancing over to her mother to see her shaking her head. Reid knew why but still keep biting her lip. Looking down as she felt her mother grab her arm. "Now, my dear you know how that looks. Don't make this worst then it has to be. Your father wants this and you know it will happen. So just try to make friends with Sean and will be well. I promise," she mother whispered in her ear.
If she had been anyone else Reid would have laughed at her. To think Daphne Cromwell was saying this to her daughter was all to ironic. It was just two years ago she was telling her that Reid was going to pick or at lest have a say in the man that was chosen. Closing her eyes she wondered how she had been so fooled by her mother's words. She should have know no pure-blood daughter had a say in who their husband was going to be. Not even her mother got that choice.
Looking up a head she spotted the entrance to platform 9 and 3/4. This was it she can go in there, do exactly what he father wants or fight him on every move that was made. Reid liked her last idea best she would make Sean's life a living hell. Who wants to marry someone they can't stand. Standing up strait, taking in a deep breath Reid walked through the entrance to platform 9 3/4 ready to take on the hardest or maybe easiest task that she had set for her self.

The family waited for the Cromwell as promised. Sean's mother was looking at her fingernails, but it was just a distraction that would satisfy her for now, just like it was a distraction for Robert to look at his son every now and then. The wait wasn't too long, because before they knew it the started to see their family friends walking up in their direction. It seemed like as soon as they were in view of sight ever McKinley took note, they got away from their minor distractions and looked up ready to greet the Cromwells. The father was the first to make a move, he walked slowly up to meet them in the middle, but still closer to their side than where they started out with.
"Jonathan! Long time no see!" he said happily, it really showed when he was truly happy. A bright smile was on his face and his voice was in the matching tone. His hand was placed out awaiting for him to shake it. Margaret was soon to follow him with an equally happy expression, and then finally Sean sauntered along with them with a charming look about him.

Stepping back behind her parents as they walked down the platform. She was hoping that they would talk with the Mckinleys and leave her out of it, as she stood back. Reid could see the differents in her parents as the McKinleys came in to sight. Joathan walked up to Robert, taking his hand as he did. "To long my friend," he said back. Daphne stood back as her husband greeted their friends. Reid just wanted to run the other way, hoping they wouldn't miss her.  She watched as her mother waited for her father to give his approval that she could talk to Sean mother Margaret.
She hated how her father was, he controled her mother in everyway that a person could. Stepping forward as her father said her name.
"And you remember my daughter Reid. It seems only yesterday we were sending these kids off on their first year and here we are making plans about their future."
Just about to lose what was left in her stomach as he father said the last part. She could believe he acted like what he was doing was something so normal that every one does it. Well yes in the pure-blood world but she had never seen her father care much for tradition. He liked things is way, that was the only thing that made him happy.
Glancing over to Sean, she wondered what he thought about all of this. He was probably enjoying the fact that she had to pay attention to him, no pushing him away like she had all these past years. Well he had another thing coming if he thought she was giving in to him or what her father wanted.

Sean watched as everything was falling into place. His parents and hers were so compatible it seemed. Even his mother liked Reid's mother. They had some things in common, that they would never discuss, at least not when their husbands were around. It seemed like the fathers and mother were paired up together and talking pleasantly to each other, so why weren't the kids doing the same? Sean decided that maybe it was because she was shy, so he started off the conversation.
"Hello Reid. How are you? You certainly look lovely today." he smiled politely to her and then put his hands in his pockets. He wasn't bored exactly, but was hoping that things could turn out like the way he had dreamed about earlier today. Maybe that was way too much to hope for, even for him. But he would soon find out what was coming to him.

Her mind screamed get me out of here, but her feet wouldn't move. She had been taught the meaning of obey and to walk away would disgrace her father more then any word she could say. Paying the price for that wasn't something she would ever look forward to. So she stood there watch as the adults talked.
Paying no attention to what Sean was do, she just wanted this morning to be over with. Get on the train and be away from her parents for the next three months. Sure she would get the letters about what to be doing and what not to be doing. Those most of the time she just rolled her eyes at. Turing her head as she heard Sean's voice. Was he really talking to her? Didn't he get it by now she hates him. She woudln't be caught dead anywhere near him. As he spoke the color draned from her face. She hoped he didn't think is was because she liked him. No, very much the opposite she had watch all these years how he acted around the girls at school. He thought him self the gift to us all and she wanted no man like that. She wanted someone who was hers and only hers. Reid Cromwell wasn't one for sharing. She took what she wanted and after that it was hers. No one else was going to get their hands on it again. Sean was the type to share him self with who ever he fancied that week and Reid couldn't or more like wouldn't stand for that. "Hello Sean. I'm fine. Thank you," she answered back with a smiles. Not wanting to say anymore then needed to answer his comment and question. As much as her heart wanted to scream and yell at him to get the hell away from her. She knew that wasn't how this was going to work. Any minute he was going to rub in her face in how one day she would be his and there was nothing she could do about it.

(Just tell more about what he is thinking and I need more between the fathers that will help make it longer)

He studied her body language carefully, the smile was a good thing and took it to mean what it a smile was supposed to mean. This was also one of the rare times she would speak to him in a pleasant way, perhaps he was finally winning the long struggle of getting her. He smirked at this, but made it look like a crooked smile.

"That's good. I'm glad." he said softly, keeping his eyes on her as he said this. His eyes stayed on her for a little bit longer after that but then his ears picked up something that his father was saying to her's.

"Just think Jonathon... are kids getting married, and then having some children together. The line would go on, stronger than ever." he said practically freakin' gleefully, and like they weren't even there.

Ever so lightly Sean's right eye twitched.

Marriage? You have got to be joking.

The idea of marriage was repulsive to him, much less having children. Even if he did marry Reid, who was extremely beautiful and had everything a guy could want, he would go absolutely crazy. The longest relationship he ever had was for 3 weeks, and even that was on and off. How could eternity with one person be any better? And for him of all people to talk about how great marriage was in the first place was hilarious to Sean. The man that cheated on his wife just a year after they tied the knot, and then again just a few years ago. He was probably having one right now and just waiting for Margaret to find out..again. Hopefully this time they would split up officially.

His tongue ran across his teeth on the inside of his mouth, a thing he would do if he was thinking of something.

Trying her best to stay calm, Reid wanted out of there now. Shaking her head to Sean comment back. To afraid that the wrong thing would come out if she opened her mouth. There was time later to let him know that nothing had changed and nothing would. After hearing what Mr.Mckinley said her stomach went in to knots. Children they were talking about her having children. Is all they thought of her was some breeding tool. Then there was the thought of sleeping with Sean. Just the thought alone made her want to throw up. It was bad enough they wanted her to marry him but they wanted her to let him touch her.

Trying to clear her mind out of all the thoughts that ran through it . She wanted on that train right now and away from these crazy people. Trying her best to keep her hands down, no matter how much she wanted to rub her forehead. Taking her hand she placed them behind her back to squeeze so no one would know how agitated she was. She was hoping the subject had changed by now with her father and his friend she was wrong when she heard her father.

"So have you talked to Sean yet about the plans we have sent forward? I told Reid this morning, hoping that she would straited up when it comes to Sean. No daughter of mine is going to dishoner her family or her hunband  with the behavor I have seen from her at times."

Reid had to stop her self from screaming, if only they would call for all a board so she could go. As if someone from some where was listening they bell rang for the students to finish up their good byes and board the train.

"Mother, Father I must go if I want to find an empty compartment to sit in," Reid informed them.

Taking her arm as they walked to the train her father whispered in her ear.

"You remember what I told you this morning. You understand and you will not be sitting by your self. You are to sit with Sean do you understand me?"

She knew it wasn't a question, it was a command. She was to fallow or face the consequences.

Sean heard the noise of the bell, that he had heard several times before, and watched her father whisper something in her ear, lucky for him he heard every word. Deep inside, somewhere very dark inside of him had a slight distaste for this, too bad the rest of him didn't feel this way. Sean as a whole went with the most popular decision his body came up with, so the little spot inside of him that wanted to stop this before it got out of hand flickered out and turned to the rest. He just smiled at her when his head was tilted, gesturing her to go first on the train. Pretending to be a gentlemen was definitely his specialty, being one was not his thing. He then turned to her parents.
"Good bye Mrs. and Mr. Cromwell. I look forward to seeing you in the future." he grinned and bowed his head slightly.  His parents were so proud of him, it was obvious. Their faces were glowing almost with joy that their boy was doing everything right. They thought that it was a done deal, finished, the end, and that the pure bloods would continue in a happy ever after beginning.

She hated her life at this moment in time, that had never happen before. She was always proud to be pure-blood and Cromwell. So why was this happening, why did he father find it necessary to make her do something she would only in her nightmares.

"Yes, father I understand," she answered back.

Hoping that Sean didn't see or hear what was just said to her. She really wanted to get on that train and just let him walk away. Why did she have to tell him what her father wanted her to do. Then if her father asked she could say that Sean left and she couldn't stop him. He is a man and she is but a woman who was she to tell him what to do. Turning to the McKinleys Reid smiled and curtsy as she said,

"It was so lovely to see you again Mr. and Mrs. McKinley. Good bye and I look forward to seeing you again soon."

Smiling up at her parents as she walked away. She knew her parents were pleased with how she said her good bye. They had made her practice it for years when she was younger. Stepping on to the train she hadn't realized that Sean was right behind her until she turned to wave one last time.
Her eyes opened wide as his face came in to view. She wanted to know what he was up to. Did he really think that she was going to let their parents plan work. No not in a million would she ever say I do to him. Finding it best to just ignore Sean, she walked back to find some where to sit by her self. She needed time to think. Time to make her own plan, one that would push Sean so far away from her. That saying or even thinking her name disgusted him. When she finely found one Reid took a seat and watched out the window waiting for the train to start it's long trip to school.

Sean walked up the stairs after she curtsied and went ahead of him. He thought that was slightly overdone, but hey who was he to judge? It was her decision, or so he thought. He had no idea what it was like to be the girl of the pure blood family, he only knew it from one side. The male side of the pure bloods, meant basically they could do whatever they wanted as long as they went with another girl of the same blood, that was it. There was no pressuring, no practicing, and certainly no threatening.
Sean smiled back at his mother, not wanting to make eye contact with his father, but did so anyway. Robert smiled back proudly as his only son went inside the train right before it started to move to Hogwarts.  He sighed quite pleased once he was inside. He opened an empty compartment door that was meant for both of them.
"After you, love." he said in his normal womanizing voice, waiting for her to get in and sit down. There was something he needed to tell her about this whole marriage thing anyways. It wasn't going to happen. Never. Sean McKinley would die without a spouse and that was the way he wanted it to be. Being officially single and still having your pick of any girl you wanted was the way he would live his life to the bitter end.
There really was no reason for him to suspect that Reid didn't like him though, except for all those declines in the past, but there was a reason behind that..somewhere. He would get his way eventually.

Finding it best to act like Sean wasn't there at all, she keep her eyes looking outside the window. She knew telling him where to go wasn't going to get her anywhere. She had done that for three years now and yet he keep coming back asking again and again. It was like he expected her to have lost her mind some where between a week ago and a today.

No she needed an idea that made Sean know that Reid Cromwell wanted nothing to do with him and never would. Biting her lip as she thought, she knew it was a bad habit but it was the only thing she had. Her parents never let her get attached to anything in her life. Everything was about bringing up the proper daughter to show off to the world. She was rased that nothing was to out of place and every order was fallowed. Reid knew that the way her parent were was different from most kid's at school but kids at school could say they were pure-blood. Not many, that's why this whole thing with her marring Sean came from. She just didn't understand there was more pure-blood boys out there then girls. So why was her parents not pushing for more from the boy they decided on. She knew if they were told the true about Sean that every thing would change. She just couldn't be the one to do. They would say she was making it all up to get out of this marriage. That could be the key to get this whole thing ended. Find away for her parents to see the real Sean and they wouldnever let their daughter marry the likes of him. She knew her father was to proud a man to let his only daughter marry a playboy as people called guys like him in America. She only knew this because what no one knew was Reid liked reading this about places allover the world. She hated that most wizard and witchs didn't think they needed to learning about the world. She found it interesting to see how other people live.

Now back to her plan, how was she going to make Sean show his true self to her parents. She knew if things stayed the way they are. They would be spending Christmas with his family. So how to get Mr. Sean Mckinley to bring someone with him. Just the right girl that woudl make him look so bad in her parents eyes that this talk of a wedding would end forever. Reid smiled as her plan started to come together.

Sean sat next to her. First he looked at her, it was apparent that she didn't want to talk to him, and then he looked out the window seeing if there was anything good outside he could look at for awhile. There was nothing interesting out there, even if there was it'd be gone within seconds because of the train's high speeds made everything a blur. He leaned back in his seat staring at the other end of the compartment. This wasn't going as well as he hoped it would, maybe some comfort would help. If that was even possible, that Sean and comfort could co-exist, he wasn't the best person for the job, that's putting it lightly. He would dump a girl within a few seconds with that infamous line,It's not you it's me, and then walk away feeling that he did that perfectly. The boy sighed, it was basically the only noise with them, he never got used to the silence, even though he should've been with growing up with his parents.

"I'm sorry to break this to you, but I'm not marrying you." he finally said calmly in a very honest tone.
He thought it must've broken her a little bit, almost. If he hadn't heard waht her father said to her before they got on the train, he would've been completely positive. That little thing inside of him flickered on again, but as quickly as it turned on, it quickly turned back off.

Sean looked back at Reid, wondering what was taking her so long to make a move on what he had said, maybe it was because she was deep in thought. If only he knew what she was truely thinking about at that moment.

((Sorry, not that much of an edit. I feel bad for Reid.))

Reid jumps slightly when she heard Sean speak. She hadn't realized that he had sat next to her until he spoke. Standing up with out a word she moved to the other side of the compartment. She may have to sit in here with him but nothing was said about sitting next to him. She had heard every word that he had said but was she going to reward him with a comment back. She didn't really care what he said, she knew how her father was and he wouldn't give up on this so easy. Some little boy as he would put it, wasn't going to ruin his plans just by saying "No."

As she put her plans to destroy this marriage issue. Reid felt that it was time to look at Sean. turning to face him she glanced at his chest first and moved her gaze up to his face. Hoping that she wouldn't see him smiling. Biting her lip some more as she thought about how she wanted to word what she was going to say.
"You're not braking any bad news to me. In fact if I could go by your words alone, I would be the happiest girl in the word. I hate to tell you this but not every girl in this word wants to be with you. Being with you is nothing but a nightmare to me. Seeing that you have forgotten one little thing in your plans for not marrying me. My father, little do you know when he sets his mind to something it will happen and no one, not even you will stop him." she said in a soft voice.

She never took her eyes off of his as she spoke. When she finished, Reid went back to looking out the window. She had said what she wanted to and was done talking to him.

He was surprised by her reaction, but not startled like her. He watched as her eyes surveyed him, it was too much fun for him. He was going to say something back at her that would've put her in her place. Something that he might or might not have regretted in the future. Of course not every girl wanted to be with him. The dorky, geeky, nerdy, wormy girls never wanted to be with him because he didn't want to be with them. It was like it was a match made in heaven. That was how he saw it, even though most would probably kill to have him on their arm. But he restrained himself from saying anything of the sort, instead he had another strategy.

"You have beautiful eyes, you know that?" he cooed, playing absolutely oblivious to everything she had just said to him.

Sean McKinley was many things, but he wasn't stupid. Of course stupid and oblivious sometimes get mixed up, he was one of those, but definitely not both. His grades would differ from that, but if he wanted to, he could get one of the best in his house. He had practiced, and practice made perfect.

Laying her head back to rest some. It had become tiresome having to sit here with Sean. Why couldn't they think of someone who was more amusing to be around. Closing her eyes Reid tried to think of something to do. Not in the mood to read though she did being a good book this time. Something on from a muggle author that she had heard was good. Then just as she thought the day couldn't get any worst Sean starts to play his games with her. That's what she liked to call them games. Everyone knew that what ever come out of his mouth was just to get him what he wanted. He never cared about the other person or their feeling. Reid had decided that she was done talking him so saying something now would only let him thing that she could be made to do as he wanted. That was never going to happen. With her eyes closed, she keep her head turn toward the window. Reid was in the mind set that she was just going to act like he wasn't there.

All was going great until the door opened and in walked Anika.
"Oh, my I didn't't know that Sean was in here with you Reid. I will just leave you two alone," Anika said as she backed out of the compartment.

Turning her head as she heard the door open, Reid was going to kill Anika. She knew why she came in here and Anika was going to pay for ever thing she would get away with this. Rolling her eyes as she moved her head to look back out the window. Reid knew by the time they got to school everyone would be talking about Sean and her. Reid knew in her heart that not a word of it would be good. Guess bitchy Reid was coming out a lot sooner this year.

((You do know you can say bitch here right? As long as it's not directed at members and you're just doing it in character. -nods- ))

Sean was disappointed when she didn't answer, but he still had a few tricks up his sleeve so he didn't get disheartened. Other things could perhaps prevail in his quest to get her. She would have to if their parents wanted them married, and once again that word made his skin crawl. It was sickening even to think it. He then thought it'd be good to have a break from all of this and think of something else, like how good it would be to get his home own home again, away from his parents. It was like heaven not to see them and just write them letter dripping with fake hopefulness that he woudl see them when he wasn't busy. His thoughts were interrupted by the door opening, his head slowly turned to see a girl in the doorway. A smile was on his face when he saw her. If Reid wasn't there he would've invited her in, and also if Anika hadn't gone too quickly, leaving right after she saw the two of them together. This was getting so much better for him, as he relaxed more into his seat. Laying himself lengthwise on the large seats. He put his feet on the wall though, because there wasn't enough room for his height.

"Looks like we're officially a couple!" he smirked to her. "Isn't that just lovely, love?" he dragged out that love word. It was so easy to agravate her.

Why was this happening to her this was the year that she had free and one thing she had to be responsible for. This was going to be the year that she did what she wanted. Then her father had to go a ruin it all. A whole year trying to make her self like someone she detested with her whole being and now this. She didn't't need to whole school getting in involved with her life but little miss Anika couldn't keep her nose out of this.
She would just take care of her later for now Reid just needed to get through this train ride.

A little smirk came to her lips as her Sean say they were a couple. She wanted to snap back at him how long would it take for him to cheat on her. She knew he couldn't last a week before he had someone on his arm. Fighting with her self as he dragged the word love out. He had away of making a word that meant so much to people so dirty. She wanted to rip his tongue out every time she heard him say it.

Taking a deep breath to calm her self down. This wasn't the time to over react. Over and over she keep telling her self to be patient this will all work out in the end. All she had to do was put her plan in to action and Sean would fall flat on his face. Reid had been wondering who she was going to use as the girl for Sean to bring home for Christmas. Reid wasn't blind she saw how Sean looked at Anika. He would have made a move for her if she had been sitting in the room. Reid knew now that Anika was the one. Seeing that she had just made Anika her new pet, she knew there would be no problems getting this to work.

Sean saw how she was slowly cracking as he smirked back to her in a silent response. There was no need for words on either side that time, he knew what she wanted to say. As she had her plot he also realized he had one too. If he could annoy her to the point where she had to talk, it might work. Of course to any sane person this idea would be absolutely positively far fetched, and would never come into their heads at all as a good idea to make somebody love you for a short period of time, but in his mind it was meant to work out well. He could just imagine it happening, just like in some cheesy muggle movie he had to pay some attention to in Muggle Studies. The guy always got the girl someway, and in that particular movie the guy makes her so irritated he drives her right into his arms and then makes out with her for a couple of minutes and then they are together. Of course later on in that movie she died in the end, but that wasn't part of his plan. Somehow it would work out well.

"Got any plans for Christmas?" he asked casually. "Will we be going to your parents house or mine?" this wasn't casual, it was annoyingly happy.

Closing her eyes again as she tried to block out Sean. She was hoping the rest of the trip was going to a quiet one. Reid should have known that with Sean around nothing was ever quiet. It was almost like he was reading her mind when he asked about Christmas. Did he really think she was going to answer him. Well he had something to learn about Reid Cromwell. She never did what people expected of her. Her father wasn't around so there was no reason to be polite. Who really cared what he thought, she didn't and this little game he was playing. Was going to get him anywhere but alone. It would be a cold day in hell before she ever let his hands touch her.

Taking in another deep breath, she had to get her self undercontrol. Sitting here thinking about how much she loathed him. wasn't going to get her anywhere just make her madder at the world. Though the madder she was the more fun she was going to have with Anika. Reid couldn't help the smile that crossed her lips.

As her thinking ran all over the place she started tapping her fingers on the window. Hoping a little that it bugged Sean. The other reason was it gave her something to do. Reid knew she need away to get to Sean, she couldn't just wait till Christmas to get him. She sure did like how her mind worked. Finely the one thing that would drive him crazy. What if not one single
girl paid any attention to him. What if all the charm in the world wasn't going to get him a date until Christmas. Licking her lips as she brought her finger up to them. This was going to be a fun year, she was going to have the time of her life and poor little Sean was going to be miserable.

((Ooo.. she is rotten! Nice. -laughs- ))

There was that silence again. Silence was the worst thing for Sean, he hated it so much. He wanted some noise, any than the train wheels hitting against the rails. And then, he heard the tapping of her fingers. He inhaled the air that was around him, trying somehow to soak up that oddly wonderful sound. At least it was something, anything was better than nothing. But maybe a little bit more noise would be nice.
"You know...you're cute when you're mad." he said, looking up at the ceiling with the same smile he had before.
It was so fun for him to hear himself. His voice was so soft like silk and with that Irish accent it was beautiful, at least to him. It was probably slowly killing Reid though. It didn't really seem to matter what she thought about him anymore to him, unless of course she showed interest in him. Then he would pay every bit of attention.

Finding that it was time to start her plan the first was to make him think that she was a little in to the idea of being a couple. Though he had to promise one thing. Don't touch another girl until Christmas. After we get back from the holiday they would see where they were at in the relationship. Then she would spread the word that if one girl makes a move on Sean. She won't enjoy the rest of the year, her life will become hell and she will belong to Reid. This last one Reid liked the most. Biting at her fingernail as she looked over to Sean
"So you like the idea of us being a couple? So what does that exactly mean to you? she asked.
Looking back out the window after she finished her questions. She really didn't care to see his expression on his face as he answered her. Looking at her nails as she waited, Reid decided that she was tired of his comments and it was time to say something about them.
"Do me something for me stop looking at me. I didn't work this hard to look this good for you. So what ever you think, you have to say about my appearance. Why don't you just keep it to your self. I don't want to hear it ," she told him in a soft sweet voice.
Reid had never been one to talk unless she had something to say. She had grown up in a world that was quiet. After so many years of being told to only talk when told to. She had learned that if it wasn't worth saying, it didn't need to be said. She was pretty sure this was one of those time she should have keep her mouth shut but she didn't want to.

He sighed in victory.
Gotcha
Of course he knew that there was no possible way she would like him, not now. Especially after her last speech, but this was definitely a good start. She was just testing the water. Maybe he should test back. It was only fair.
"As long as I can call you darling when I get home after work." he said jokingly, thinking he was very funny indeed. Sean slipped one more look at her before he followed her wishes.
"Whatever you say. I might as well get used to compromises since we're going to get married-" he cringed at that word, hoping that wouldn't show. "soon." he finished.
He wondered if she really took his previous words as fact, the ones about him not wanting to get married. It was the truth, desperately it was. He had odd feelings towards her. Most of them was for some kind of love, but by the way he was grown up it wouldn't be too hard to guess that he had no idea what that words really meant. Even though he detested his father, his influences still rubbed off of him in a way he would never get rid of. Then the other feelings were confusion and a little of frustration. How could she not have the slightest bit of interest in him? Except for the obvious reasons, but couldn't she just overlook that like the rest of them?

She felt her muscles tense up as he said he wanted to call her darling. Was he really that stupid to think she was talking about if they got married. She wanted to know about what the whole school would be saying when they got there. Why was he being so difficult, couldn't he just answer the question. Then on top of it he didn't even answer her second question.

As she tried to calm her self from his comment about what he would call her. He had to go and say they would be married soon. There was no why she was going to marring him and let alone it wasn't going to be soon if she did. Reid needed an answer to her question if this was going to work. There was no way she was giving up on making Sean life hell for three months maybe longer.

To ask the question again or let it drop for now. She keep going over this question in her head over and over. She didn't want to give him the satisfaction of talking to him again but she needed to know.
"Do you think that's funny? Have you ever given someone a strait answer to their questions before in your life. I just thought I would ask seeing how you think we are still getting married." she had to keep her self from throwing up as she said the last word. Hoping this would put him in his place some she glanced over at him and asked one more time.
"I will word this so you know what I'm truly asking. I want to know what you think about the whole school saying that we are a couple. Is that clear enough for you to understand?"

While she was getting frustrated and mad at him, he was smiling all the while. He loved this, if he was a dog he would probably be flying right now because his tail would be going back and forth so fast. It was absolutely a stroke of genius to have given her a new pet name, it fit her so well too. There was so much more to come too. Sean began to think of the many ways he could drive her completely nuts, but soon had to stop to listen to her questions. He didn't answer her at first, not because he didn't know the answers it was just to drive her further off the cliff she was hanging off of.

"Well first of all I do think that was very funny of me indeed. You need to lighten up." he said pretending to scold her.
"And second, I don't want to get married. Not to you or anybody else. I told you that. And finally.." he said that last part slowly to build little suspense.
"I think it's wonderful that the school knows..." he stopped there for a second and then loudly continued."WE"RE A COUPLE!" he smiled to her with his head tilted to one side, acting all innocent and cute. After he said that there were several bangs against the wall and one person screamed for some reason.
He sighed,"That happens all the time."
