If it had been me, I would have would be used when err..Someone else does something, like take a job
If it had been me, I would've taken the job
For example
But i suppose the other one would work to
If i were you, i would've taken the job
But it need to be a descision

What about will and going to?
My teacher said that we use will for Prediction
For example ''it'll rain today''
And we use going to for Decision..
But i think that we can use will for Decision too...what do you think??
