My mom is the same way but it's getting ALOT better. For awhile there it was rare she wouldn't cough, but now it's pretty good but I think I'm catching it. My throat is itchy.

I've been drinking alot of water and that seems to help.

I would be in bed right now
but I'm waiting for the meds to kick in
which will be very soon
water doesn't help
lots of juices
that's what helps

That's horrible! I can't even imagine how much pain that must've caused. They gave you some medicince to make it go back down, right?

they gave me iv lasix and iv levaquin to get it down
now they doubled my blood pressure meds, have me on levaquin (antibiotic) and a stronger diuretic.
*frowns*
AND I'm on a horrible diet.
4g salt a day, no sugar, low cholesterol, and only 1500 calories.
