here's one of my poems...

Confused,
At a crossroads,
ripped in different directions.
Voices trying to guide me,
But should I listen?
Which way to go?
Listen to my heart,
Or reason with mind?
Empty,
Unsure and alone.
Should I change?
Or leave things be?
Un-kept promises.
My own worst enemy..
I scare myself,
Yet unable to stop.
Reach out,
And get burned.
Everything hidden inside
Behind a smile,
A laugh.
No-one knows.
I’ll never tell.
Hope,
For the future.
A blank slate
Waiting to be filled.
Everything is possible.
Will I ever have the courage to start writing?
Searching
What is my place?
Will I ever find it?
Guiding hands,
Not to be ignored.
Which path to take
To the road of happiness?
Where to turn for the right answers?
Determined
To make it
Despite what they believe
As always,
I will prove them wrong.
This is my life

My choice
And my choice only.
