10 flour (or wheat) tortillas
8 oz. block of cream cheese (softened)
2 T mayonnaise
pack of Ranch dip mix
deli meat (ham, turkey, or roast beef)
2 T chives or red onion, minced (optional)
2-3 T sweet red pepper, diced (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo. When it's well blended, stir in Ranch dip mix, then add onion & pepper. Spread a thin layer over each tortilla, then lay meat on top, making sure it goes all the way to the top and bottom of the tortilla, but not all the way to the sides. Roll each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or up to overnight. Unwrap, and slice each tortilla into 6 pieces of even width.
