First your photo must be uploaded somewhere on the internet. I use both Photobucket and Webshots, free photo hosting sites. Next make sure the size of your photo is not more than 800X800 MPs. Copy the URL of the photo in your online album. Then come in here and click on the tree icon abouve your post. That will bring up a box for a photo URL. Paste your photo URL in the box and click OK. That should do it. Be careful of one thing. When that box pops up it will already have http:// in it. Make sure when you paste your own URL that is not duplicated and your paste starts like this: http://http"// I've done that by mistake a couple of times and caught it when the photo upload would not work.
