Hey PB "Ponder" this:
Some Hall of Fame QB Rookie stats

QB---------------Record -----Comp% ---------yds----------TD/INT
Troy Aikman-----0-11----------52.9% --------1749---------9 /18
Joe Montana---- 0- 1 ----------56.5% ------------96-------- 1 /0
Jim Kelly---------- 4-12---------- 59.4% --------3593 -------22/ 17
Warren Moon--- 3-13 ---------57.6%--------- 3338------- 12 /14
Steve Young ------1-4 ----------52.2%----------- 935-------- 3/ 8

Some Future HoF QB
Brett Favre-------- 0-0-------------- 0%-------------- 0--------- 0/ 2
Peyton Manning 3-13----------- 56.7% -------3739-------- 26/28
Tom Brady--------- 0-0 ----------33.3%-------------- 6---------- 0/0

Give the kid a chance
Christain Ponder--- 2-7---------54.3% ----------1853 --------13/13

I am not saying the Ponder is a Hall of Famer but he stacks up against some of the best pretty well at this point in their careers.

Meaningless stats, Champ. After Ponder had the 3 INT games back to back he was toast.

Ponder= bust.

He looked like Archie Manning in the pocket, just trying not to get killed. Get him blocking and a couple of wide-outs and he should be fine. Talk of a bust is certainly premature.

Archie and Ponder in the same sentence is a bust.

Ponder will never make it as a starter, he can make a decent living as a third string emergency QB.

Maybe Ponder is a bust and maybe he isn't. QB's need 3-4 years (usually) to really judge them at the NFL level.
All QB's need a line and a running game and a reciever or two that can be counted on. Ponder didn't have any of those consistently.

This is the 10th consecutive season that a 2 seed in the NFL playoffs is a team that was not in the playoffs the previous season. It seems improbable but the 49ers kept the streak alive this year.

The question is how did these ten teams do it and can the Vikes be the 11th?

I hope the Vikings know about this and are already looking for patterns.

Stick with the Powerball Shanty.

175 million to 1 is better odds than the puke continuing that streak of making the playoffs.

The Vikes have a decent shot. They lost some close games, and if they get some corner help they'll win those.

It's intriguing... Although way too late in the game. It would be a cool entertainment district that close to Canterbury (although I would not likely go to either the stadium or the track).

It seems to have the most logical funding plan, that's for sure.

What's up with that?

I'm just hoping it could revitalize downtown Chaska where we could bilk the puke fans somehow

The only pattern they have followed is a pattern of Puke.

SF did not make the playoffs last year but were viewed as a team with a lot of young talent. They added a decent coach and there yah go.

The Puke has very little, if any, young talent. They have a coach who is inept, at best.

The only young talent they have is the TE they drafted but they used him so little I cant remeber his name.

The Puke is old, bad and poorly coached with a QB who was picked #12 over all who is a bust.

Keys to San Fran success or the Vikqueens.

Be in a horrible division so you can go 5-1.

Play other teams who are usually bottom feeders and go 5-0

And get a couple wins against teams you shouldnt beat and your 13-3!

These are bad times

Vikings bad
Twins bad
Twolves, been real bad
Tubby, can't win in the big 10, can't field an upper Tier team
Wild, when were they in the playoffs last?
Glenn Mason's old team, the place where coaching careers end

Watched a lot of football this weekend. Great teams and action.

The Packers looked like The Puke on Sunday.

Driving in this AM all of the local radio doorknobs were just so happy that GB lost. Pathetec. GB has won 4 Super Bowls and The Puke only know embarrasment and humiliation.

But the Puke Zombies are cheering today because they do not have ot watch another championship happen for GB.

Too bad the zombies cant just say:" hey we won it a few times, now its there turn."

This has got to end. It isnt healthy. Tell Zigi to go to LA and tell the NFL we will build a stadium for an expansion team.

End PPH.

How Pukey can you get?

Hire a coach from the 2-14 Colts as your D coordinator.

Yah i imagine the Indy staff wll get raided by NFL teams after that 2-14 performance.

The Pukeing continues.

Get them out of here. Pass a stadium bill that will stipulate that it will be built only if the Puke promise to leave.

50+ years of this stuff and no championship.

End it.
