The first award for this thread goes to the Susan G. Komen foundation for making a solid business decision for where and how they spend their own non-profit funds.

Of course since it is a "business" decision the intellectshallows on the left can't comprehend why they are doing this and are thus making it political.

Since Planned Parenthood does not conduct mammograms, and only physical detection ( that self-examination would also provide), they are taking the PP out of the process to make sure the money ends up where it should.

Secondly, as a business thats focus is about saving lives, why be associated with an organization that is responsible for over 1/4 of all aborations performed in the US?

If anything PP should send a letter of thanks since the new policy has actually increased the donations to PP in excess of what the Komen foundation typically gave PP. See you lefties that is how charity is suppose to work. It's not suppose to be funded by the government.

Once again, Tom spews BS to try and push some cockamamie viewpoint by minimizing women's health and a claiming that this non-profit is "business". In other words, TA is lying - again.

Komen attempted to abide by their bylaws, but because of TA and his hate mongering cohorts in the Republican party who push their political agenda by triggering baseless investigations, it is actually THE REPUBLICANS who forced this into a political issue, not the left. They got just what they wanted, and did it on the backs of Susan G Komen - a non-profit that actually respects people. No wonder the Republicans took a **** on them.

What's up with that?

Non- profits fall under the relm of businesses and this one is primarily funded through private donations and fund raising activities

The last thing Susan G Komen does is minimize women's health.
