Posted January 28th, 2011 05:42 PM IP If anybody has MLB Network and wants to watch the Tigers' misery, they're doing a weekly countdown of the 20 greatest games in MLB history, and game 163 from '09 is #16. An hour long special about it will be on at 7:00 on Monday.
Since I was there, it'll be a nice chance to see it from a different perspective. What's up with that?

Posted February 1st, 2011 12:56 PM IP No, it wasn't, but that's actually what made it even more exciting. You just didn't know what bonehead play was coming next and whether or not it would mean the game.
I have a confession to make regarding that game, by the way...
I was sitting in LF for the game, and when Punto hit the liner to LF with Casilla on 3rd, I had actually bent down to grab my camera to start taking pictures of the celebration, and never saw his dumb ass get thrown out at the plate. Like everybody else, I assumed the game was over once Punto put the ball in play.
I'm yelling and screaming like an idiot thinking they had won, and everybody all around me had their hands on their head and was staring at the ceiling.
It wasn't my finest moment... But at least I wasn't Alexi Casilla. What's up with that?
