How about trading the number one pick for a fitness trainer.
They all come into spring training out of shape.
They don't play enough in spring training to get into " baseball shape"
They break spring camp with everyone in good health since they haven't done all that much.
They start the season by trying to play in order to get into baseball shape and either suck or get a boo-boo because they are out of shape.

Where's PB, he couldn't possibly be working in the sewers where his Twins are working could he?
What is the MLB record for number of losses in one season? Could the Twins beat it by August?

Since the start of the 162 game season the record is:
Quote: 2004 Arizona Diamondbacks National 51 wins, 111 losses. for a .315 win % |
No way they can beat it by August.
But... we want this record, we need this record, I think we have a real good shot at this record.
They are winning at a .321%....so far
but with a little luck, something else will go wrong with this team and get right down to the .315% we need to sustain for the year.
Go Twins... keep doing what you're doing and with a few more bad breaks the record will be ours...hehe hehe (that was my evil laugh)

Posted June 1st, 2011 11:46 AM IP Ah, June.
A beautiful summer day and a new featured month of the month for our boys and baseball.
I have tickerts for 2 games in June as once again pb will be going to a game every month of the season even if our guy are a littlke off this year.
Yes ole white glopves could play SS better than Plouffen Tolbert and those guys. I seriously have seen better play at that position in DIII college baseball.
But that will turn around in June

The heat is here but the Twins have not yet warmed to the occassion as they played like April and May to start the month of June which is feature here all month.
The whole team looks out of focus.
Not even Gem bringing the heat of June seems to inspire your team.
"The Twins Way" has taken on a whole new meaning.
