evilcuteness PWNful Posts: 469 Registered: Oct 2007  Posted February 23rd, 2008 03:57 PM   IP              ((eh, give them a break will.... i kinda forgot it myself.... but ya shouldn't have made lisa run away like that... now annie wants to kill lisa, and will do her best to at the dueling club or whatever)) Annie stood there for a few seconds, puzzled at the way that Lisa and Zane had just brushed her off so rudely. Suddenly it clicked in her brain. Lisa appeared to have been scared of her and had been dragging Zane off. Zane had politely said, "Yes?" while Lisa had done anything but been polite. Duel tryouts are today. The words echoed in her mind. Her smooth and beautiful eyebrows slanted towards her nose in an angry expression of pure malice. She knew that Lisa hadn't meant anything she'd said the other day. Lisa was trying to substitute Eviee as Zane's girlfriend. Well that isn't going to happen anytime soon. she thought, a small determined smirk lining her face while her dull hazel eyes hardened into amber. Lisa would pay. Annie pulled her wand out of her pocket and marched deliberately towards the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, a new meaning in her steps. ((all thanks to lisa, annie has become suicidal and moody and always angry. thanks alot will >:( yes this whole thing was necessary what with the whole lisa dragging zane off thing. i mean for once, annie was going to be good and come right out and apologize and you had to ruin it!!! >:( ))

Lisa entered the classroom, sparkling. Zane followed shortly after, but not so elegantly. He was partly out of breath, nervous, and thinking at the same time. ((Remember the moon is pretty close to full...)) "She got really mad when we left..." he said, panting. "Yeah, but we nearly missed the beginning." Lisa said. Professor Pinch stood up in the room and all of the students hushed. "Now students, this is Hogwarts's first ever dueling club, we will be dueling against such schools as Durmstrang and Beauxbatons wizarding and witching schools..." Professor Pinch continued all of the informalities and logistics for what seemed like ages to Lisa. She had been waiting her whole life, ever since her first spell, to be a duelist. I can do this... she thought, flipping through a list of spells in her head. The talk was dragging on and on until the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher smirked. "Alright, if you all think you're ready, raise your hand," he muttered, still grinning. Lisa's hand was up like a bolt, and she held Zane's hand up too. Professor Pinch laughed. "Girls can't duel, but humor me, alright, Pophis, and you, little miss..." A big burly boy stood up and took his spot at the dueling mat. Lisa followed, her eyes aflame. Zane mustered up enough confidence to speak. "Good luck, I hope you live, she looks really mad..." Pophis laughed. "Assume your positions... go!" Professor Pinch said, and before he closed his mouth, Lisa opened hers shouting, " Stupefy! " A blue bolt whizzed into Pophis's chest, knocking the slytherin coat off his back just in time for him to slam into the stone wall, cracking it. "Can girls duel now?" Lisa asked, holding back the venom. Professor Pinch looked afraid, "Does anyone else want to try her, she's on the team for sure..." I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

"Hey...Wasn't today the day of the dueling club? We have to GO!" She grabbed Cole's hand and sped off towards the castle. She got inside and ran to look at the flyer to see what classroom it was in,still holding Cole's hand tightly. She ran up the few flights of stairs to the classroom and ran in loudly. "Sorry we're late!" She said while letting go of her friend's hand and walked over to Zane's side. "soooo....what happened?" She asked.

He looked at Lisa, sighing. "I'm glad that I don't ever get her angry, I might not survive..." he continued, laughing to himself. "Tat poor guy might be dead," he said, looking worried. Lisa walked over to him, winked, and said mockingly, " Fidelius " A bandage wrapped itself around Pophis's head, and arms, and shoulders, and waist. She ran toward Zane, seeing the Rena and Cole. "You guys! Did you watch me duel? I think I'll make it!" she said, smiling. She hugged Zane, but let go to look at the others. She said, seriously, "Fight good you guys," I have a lot of cool chars. When the coach called for more people, Rena stepped ahead of everyone."I would like to try..." She said shyly. The coach looked at her and laughed "Hahahaha...Are you sure, little girl?" He asked with tears in his eyes from laughing so much. "Yes...I am sure I would like to try." She said while glaring at him through her hair. "Well then, you, young man, come up here and show this girl how a real duelist duels" He pointed at Zane. ((OoooooooOOOooo Twiseh!))

He sighed as he walked up to the platform, and noticed a stream of blood from Pophis on the floor. He shivered, then looked at Lisa. Why does she get so vicious? he asked himself, then shook his head. He needed to focus. "You realize Rena," Zane said, "I feel really obliged to just let you win, but that doesn't mean I will..." he finished, nodding.He looked at Lisa, who gave him a thumbs-up. "Do it to it!" she said, giggling. Professor Pinch was staring at her, amazed. His eyepatch ((oooh eyepatch)) still seemed affixed on her as his functional eye stared at the two. "You guys are ready?" he asked. Zane assumed his position, tall, and slightly menacing. "Umm, ok I guess..." he said, pointing his wand at Rena. "Go!" he shouted. Zane's eyes widened as he flourished his wand. " Incendio! Stupify! Flipendo! " he shouted. I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

Annie walked farther into the room, her eyes blazing. "Move," she ordered Rena, and then yelled at Zane, "Does that hurt you big rude baby!?!?" She leered at Lisa in fury, and then turned back to Zane and yelled, "Patrifocus Totalus, Stupefy!"

Rena jumped out of the way just as the stupify blew by her head, but got hit by the flipendo. It hit her in the stomach and sent her flying across the room. She hit the wall and fell to the floor((wow..must have been a very powerful flipendo...)) Rena got up breathed deep and sent the disarming spell, followed by a wingardium leviosa. ((Whats that spell again? I havent read the book in a while...ugh..I need to reread everything..))

" He retrieved it in time to still be lifted in the air, but took advantage of his height. " Sectumsempra " He yelled, and light twirled down to Earth toward his friend. He cringed at little, hoping the Rena would dodge the spell, thus losing her focus. Zane began to brace himself for a long fall, while Lisa shouted at him. "Be more aggressive! Come on! Keep your head now! Let's go!" Lisa kept up the abuse, her eyes sparkling with passion. If he loses to someone younger than he is... she thought, sighing heavily. She stopped shouting and absent mindedly twirled her hair with her wand. I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

Rena watched as his wand was swept out of his hand."Ha!" she yelled before she noticed that it was back in his hand and he had called a spell. "What was that spe-" she got cut off as the sectumsempra took effect after hitting her from above. ((uh oh....Geeze trying to kill off my character? haha))

Zane thought as he fell to the ground, with a slight thud. He quickly ran over to her and began shouting. "Get Madam Pomfrey, do something! Ferula !" he finished by casting bandages around her shoulder where the spell had hit her. He stared at her, seeing blood seeping through the bandages, so he cast another layer. Madam Pomfrey shortly arrived and glared at Zane. "We'll have to get her back to the hospital wing, quickly." she said, still glaring at Zane. He carefully picked up Rena and walked with Madam Pomfrey to the hospital wing. (Edited by Will Willowfeather) I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

Did he want to win that much? Was it to impress Lisa...If it was..Then it was a terrible way to do it....I..hate......her" She whispered the last word then fell unconcious as another cut opened just above her wrist. ((goodness gracious....XD Very deadly roleplay...muahahaha))

Professor Pinch had accepted him, but he refused the offer. Lisa began to run after him shortly after he had left the room, shaking her head. "How could this happen?" she said aloud. She had nearly reached the hospital wing when she heard a voice. It was Madam Pomfrey, shouting at Zane. "How could you have done this?!?!?! What is wrong with you!?!?!?" Lisa hesitated, then walked in slowly. She walked into him, and bit her lip as well. "She's still warm..." he whispered in her ear. "There's some pretty nasty bleeding, but Madam Pomfrey says she can fix it. I feel so... guilty" he turned his head, then left the room to head toward Headmaster Grindlethorn's room. Lisa followed him, silently. Zane could barely see her through his own grief. He thought he saw grief of her own, but he couldn't tell. Lisa didn't say a word until the pair reached the spiral staircase. They ascended it together, then Zane said, quietly, "Punishment..." and the two doors opened. Lisa squeezed his hand before he entered, and the door closed. Lisa ran back to the hospital wing. I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

XD)) Rena opened her eyes slowly, adjusting to the light. "ugh..Where am I?" She asked quietly, as if out of breath. She looked up slowly and tried to sit up. Then, feeling the pain, she let out a small yelp. "Ouch!" Then it hit her. She remembered everything that had happened that morning. "Zane.....I hope he isn't getting punished...It's not his fault...It's her fault for pushing him like that...." She said in a hushed tone, not like she could talk louder. At that moment, Lisa came in.

The enormous windows of the Hospital Wing greeted her. She squinted around and saw in the bed next to her was a first year Ravenclaw she had seen talking to Zane and Lisa before. The girl looked out of breath and very tired. Annie frowned to herself, wondering how she had gotten there. Then she remembered trying to commit suicide with the hippogriffs owned by the care of magical creatures teacher. She blushed at her own foolishness, and knew that she really needed to be more creative. Then she saw Lisa striding toward the Ravenclaw girl's bed. But instead of looking happy at seeing Lisa, the girl was glowering. Annie's heart pounded faster. Was this her chance? Offer the other girl friendship and find out why she hated Lisa? ((i hope the pping is ok...... it really wasn't that much, and it kinda went along with what you guys were saying..... i'll edit if you want me to))

Lisa stared at the girl in the bed next to Rena. How did she get here? Lisa wondered as she looked down upon Rena. Lisa's red hair hung low in front of her face, and her blue eyes inspected Rena's face. Lisa knelt down to see her at eye level, and began talking. "I'm sorry this happened, that trick was only meant for you to dodge it so you would lose focus..." Lisa sighed heavily, then continued. "I shouldn't have been so aggressive with him when we practiced together, he wouldn't have been so blunt if he hadn't-" Lisa stopped and bit her bottom lip. Tears began to well in her eyes. Meanwhile, Zane walked into Headmaster Grindlethorn's office. He sat down in a blood red chair, which squished under Zane as he sat own. A red wisp surrounded the chair, and the Headmaster approached from a backroom. "I have seen what you have done." Professor Grindlethorn announced, slowly. "You have tragically ended the life of a first year..." Zane's eyes widened. "For that, you are to be stripped of your wand and your possessions, and expelled, in four day's time..." he finished. Zane was speechless. What have I done? he thought, screaming in his head. "That is your trial date before the ministry of magic!" the Headmaster finished, and Zane fell through the chair, and hit the cold dungeon floor, hard. Zane still had his wand however, and so he pointed it at a loose brick. " Avifors " he said, and he brick shifted into a small bird, which Zane whispered to. It left the hole in the wall and sailed toward the hospital wing. It fluttered along inconspicuously, until it found Lisa. Then it perched on her shoulder, and put it's beak to her ears. Lisa's eyes widened. "Four days?" she said, before falling to the floor in tears. ((Ok, so now everyone has to choose a side. Everyone here is a witness, and so you are to choose whether to speak in Zane's favor or against him, however, Grindlethorn has his mind made up. Got it?)) I have a lot of cool chars. "It still was your fault I ended up like this...Do you realize what this could mean for me...I could have died if I were alone with you two!" She turned to look at the older girl,"I might not even be able to do what I love to do."She looked away again,"I-I really wanted to be seeker, but I might not get the chance to now....But! I don't blame Zane....Next time you see him, tell him I said it's alright and it wasn't his fault." Rena turned back to see Lisa with tears running down her face. She didn't feel the least bit of pity for her. Then a bird came in. "Four days" was all Rena heard, but she didn't need to here the rest of it. She knew what was going to happen. ((Sure EC))

Zane looked at his wand, and quickly whispered, " lumos " Zane poked his wand out of the hole and looked around. No one was in the hall. Zane sat down, and lay his head on the cold stone floor. "I agree...We must stop Grindlethorn from expelling Zane for something that you made happen. ((ouch)) Even if that means teaming up together." She looked down and over to the girl that was staring at her. Then she realized that she hadn't even seen herself since the accident earlier. "Could I have a mirror please?" She asked Lisa.

She got up to her knees and opened her eyes. Her face was light pink, and her hair hung low in front of her face. She shook her head, and the red locks flew around her face. Lisa staggered to her feet. She looked around on desks around her, and began to blink slowly. She was regaining her composure as she looked around, finally spotting a mirror on the wall. It was too large to hand to the girl, so she whispered, "Close your eyes and get ready," and with that, Lisa pointed her wand at the mirror and said, quietly " Reducto " and the mirror shattered. Lisa handed a shard to the girl. "There..." I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.

Her face was covered in bandages. "Did Madam Pomfrey say that she could get rid of the cuts? Did you hear?" she whispered to Lisa. She put her head down and her black bangs drooped down in front of her eyes. "Wow..I look terrible..yet..It's not as bad as I expected...."

"Of course she can, she's making some potions right now, but she'll be back soon enough..." Lisa looked out into the hallway and saw no one. "Do you want me to change those bandages of yours? You'll probably feel better..." said Lisa, feeling much more comfortable. Rena's comments had left a deep cut, but Lisa was determined not to show it. She walked over to a medicine cabinet, to find it was locked. " Alohamora " she said, and opened the cabinet easily. She removed some ointments and other medicines before placing them down on the night stand next to Rena. "Now seriously, you will feel better, I'm sure you must be awfully sweaty..." Lisa said, before biting her lip and looking out the hall again. I have a lot of cool chars. Check my thread.
