In the very center of the Kero Region, there is a city with magnificent, and unusual arcitecture. Forests and fields nearby make it a good spot to stop when traveling-especially if you're after a good time. |

Staff Quarters
Where the staff stay when not working, because only a few are allowed to go onto the surface at all (Snatchers). Includes a cafeteria, a lounge, and many rooms. In the rooms is where the staff members stay at night, two to three per room. The head scientist and mastermind stay in solitary, special rooms. |

Park
Okay, so E09 isn't a total hell-this may be the one pleasant part. While the park is mainly for staff member relaxation, there's also a section where pokemorphs and humans may be let out for a little exercise. Trees, grass, and small hills. |

Cages
Where the pokemorphs and humans not in the staff are kept-cages barely large enough for movement in rows along the walls. Only staff members have keys, and the cages are heavily locked, firmly set in place, stacked on top of each other and next to each other. There are three doors-One leading to the Staff Quarters, one to a storage room full of equipment, and one leading to the labs. Each person or pokemorph in the cages has an iron collar, which, when staff comes to get them, is attached to a chain as they are led out of the cage. |

Labs
Where all the experiments are carried out-whether on the pokemorphs or to turn a human into a pokemorph. Worst part of the place to be in, unless you're a staff member, and probably a sadist. |
