Last night I got word that a friend and soccer coach collapsed at soccer practice. He later died at the hospital. Needless to say, I am still in shock. Please pray for the repose of his soul and for his mom, son and daughter. He was 54 and a really nice guy.

Edited to add that the suspected cause of death was the heat. So please, everyone that does any type of activity outside, please keep yourself hydrated and take some time every little bit to cool off.

Wow this is sad and scary....54, that is young! I will pray for karl and his family Josie.
