Posted June 24th, 2008 03:07 PM IP I remember something said once about 40 gig hard drives and replacing them with 80 gig. Certain machines could not be done.
Do you remember this, and where I could find the info? "It's a copier, paper goes in, paper comes out."

Posted June 24th, 2008 07:16 PM IP Unsure about the post you are referencing, but I know that on most of the 80 Gigs I have seen, there is a jumper setting that will make them behave as a smaller drive, if that helps any...
I believe it is called cap limit...

Posted June 25th, 2008 10:04 AM IP The MFPs with 40GB drives could be upgraded to 80 GB drives with a firmware update. I think the 352/452 was one of them. Look at the ROM histories on the FYI website. Ed

Posted November 29th, 2008 05:25 PM IP Simple rule of thumb I use. Monochrome gets 40GB. Color gets 80GB.
