terryrt Toner Monkey Posts: 7 Registered: Mar 2010    Posted April 22nd, 2010 07:29 AM   IP              I have an e-3500c with the paper feed pedestal, the top tray of the pedestal after the last copy is made has the next page just in the feed rollers so if the tray is opened the page is stuck in the rollers and does not drop with the paper stack in the cassette, I have tried two different cassettes and feed units and different size paper same thing, would this be a clutch issue??
