So for the 2012 season I understand there might be a 2 day format again. Does this mean that Saturday is a practice loop and Sunday is the race ?

If we go to the 2 day format it would be 2 days of RACING. As soon as everything is hammered out schedules will be posted.

Sweet... im happy either way but i figured this is the direction USDR would take. Its almost like a smaller WORCS series now with some genuine dez rounds thrown in. 2 days of racing means more money being spent, so in turn maybe USDR could grow,especially on private venues. I hope to see a 2 stroke race maybe or at least a 125 to 150cc 2 strk race. WORCS may have what they call a club cup for d-37 members, that might get some attention.
It would be sick to have a 2 series for the year,WINTER/FALL and Spring /Summer, for example races starting before thanksgiving and ending before March 1st.
Next series would start in mid to late march ending in July??plenty of racing with 2 months off, just an idea people.

Hopefully race one and two will be on Sat and the kids on Sunday. I know I am being totally greedy and selfish on this one because Sat races fit my work travel needs. It sucks anyway getting up at 2am to drive to LAX anyway but then throw in a Sunday race. I’m just crying here. Ok now that I have me tissue I’m better. Just kidding either day the race is on I will still be there to race.

Im with ya john. I hate the travel weekends cause i do enough of that already. That anza race damn near killed me 8 hours in my truck and 2 hours doing donuts on my dirt bike. i was beat by the time i got home. I am going to try swinging camping there this year but i am not sure if my schedule will allow it.

Oh just do it. If you come camp with ARRGG you can get a flag. But then again you all got some cool jerseys. Ty said he was going to hook me up with the info but I bet he forgot. Hint Hint TY!

The reason I was curious about the times is because I am racing the Big 6 GP series also and both series round 1 are on the first weekend of February. I usually race Saturday and Sunday at big 6 but since USDR is the same weekend and just up the road I am going to race both series. I just need to know if USDR Race #2 is on saturday or sunday? THanks
