This weekend (3-31-12) is the Nathan Woods Memorial Offroad Poker Run & BBQ. If you've never ridden Pozo now's the time. It's a fun ride for a great cause. Below is all the info from the president of the CCMA.
All,
This is a reminder that the CCMA Nathan Woods Memorial Offroad Poker Run & BBQ is this Saturday, March 31st. The Poker Run starts and finishes at Turkey Flats and the BBQ is at the Pozo Saloon. With the recent rains, conditions should be excellent.
Sign up and a pancake breakfast starts at 7:30 at Turkey Flats. First rider out at 9:00 a.m.; last rider out at 11:00 a.m.
BBQ at the Pozo Saloon starts at 1:00. Music too. You do not have to ride the Poker Run to attend the BBQ. Come to either or both. Invite your friends and family for a wonderful afternoon at the Pozo Saloon.
Auction and raffle items. This event is a fundraiser and all proceeds go to the Nathan Woods Memorial Fund.

Looks like it. Received this email today. Bring some roll offs just in case. Temperatures have been warm and Pozo is great when the ground is wet.

We have received some questions as to whether the CCMA Nathan Woods Memorial Poker Run & BBQ is still on for this Saturday, March 31.
The Poker Run & BBQ is ON. We have followed the weather forecast very closely. The weather forecast has NOT shown cause to cancel and the event is still on. Riding conditions will be EXCELLENT and we have made special arrangements with the Pozo Saloon to assure you of good food, music and spirits. Please pass the word along and lets make this a fantastic event in honor of Nathan.
