Does the logo have to go on our number plate?
What i am thinking is
I ride a CRF450X it has a head light. but we are not allowed to have the headlight on during usdr racing. So can i just put the USDR Logo on my non working headlight?

What about quad number plates and logos? Im new here and this will be my first season

Correct. they must be on all plates. when you get your comp license and number card it comes with a USDR sticker, and the number card also has the logo on it.

Do quads have to have pre printed number plates as well? Or can i just use sum from a local bike shop?

The same rules apply for Quads.
You dont have to get pre-prints but you will need to have the appropriate backgrounds. As a beginner Quad that is Black Numbers with White Backgrounds which is easy.

I thought the logo was only required on the front plate.

All plates as in ALL vehicles. Bikes, Quads... ALL plates. Not front side and all that.
