Posted November 15th, 2011 05:58 PM IP Chigger, I was right behind you in at the finish. DO you have any video of the race? I think you and me went back a forth the entire race. I know that after my flight over the handlebars, it took all I had to just keep you in my sights and not let you get too far ahead. 43v-2012

Posted November 15th, 2011 06:27 PM IP Yes I do. I'm getting it onto You Tube right now. Vimeo will not let me sign up a new account for some reason??? Unfortunately it is in three parts cuz the GoPro did something wierd. It cuts off then re-starts for some reason. It did the same thing the last two races too. I think it does that when I crash. I will have it up soon. I will post it here for you to check out....Good racing with ya! You can stop by our camp anytime or use our pit if you want next race if you need it.... Doug Locey

Posted November 15th, 2011 08:49 PM IP go pro has a thing where it shuts down at about 4gb. then starts again...nothing u can do about it
The GoPro cameras use the FAT format filesystem to record files onto an SD card. This filesystem does not allow files larger than 4 GB to be created. To get around this restriction and provide continuous recording, the camera will create a new file before the recording reaches 4GB. It saves teh first file and keeps recording into the second file, so the recording does not stop. We hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Many Thanks,

Posted November 16th, 2011 08:59 AM IP I have the hero wide and it only had a max of a 2 gig card then I found the reflash update and now I can use a 4 gig card. The reflash also fixed the fail to record issues. It is on the Go-Pro web site as well as other info about their cam's ARRGG Racing

Ya I saw you crash and slowed to see if u were okay. Take care if those knees. My right knee is a mess from two surgeries. I swear by knee braces now. Makes a huge difference once you get used to them. Doug Locey

Posted November 16th, 2011 11:06 AM IP If you are tired of having a heavy camera or big box sticking off the top of your helmet, and trying to guess and hope your camera is on, then you should try the Liquid Image Goggles... I used them during the last round and they worked great... and its SO easy to tell when its on and theres nothing to get knocked around by branches or anything... just thought Id share... to see the video quality you can watch my video i posted...
