Posted July 23rd, 2011 07:36 PM IP Tell us when and how you discovered The Beatles for the first time.
I'll start... I was 10 years old and my grandma gave me a copy of Rubber Soul, now I own every Beatles album ever!

Posted July 29th, 2011 09:42 PM IP I just started getting into The Beatles a couple years ago and I'm very glad I did.Well I really hope my story I'm about to tell doesn't sound like a sob story,it's not meant to be at all.My dad left me when I was 3 and I haven't heard of or seen him since,I'm 14 now.One of the only things I know about him is that his favorite band are The Beatles.Whenever a Beatles song would come on the radio my mom would say "Your father loves The Beatles" and I'd always feel sad while listening to a Beatles song knowing he loves them more then he'll ever love me.Ever since I was 12 I can't help but think of my dad all the time now,I decided I'd start listening to The Beatles so I could feel like I was connected to him somehow. That's how I got into The Beatles but it's certainly not the reason I love them.I love The Beatles because their music is very beautiful and great and they'll always be my favoritest band. The funny thing is I never think of my dad while listening to The Beatles,I'm happy he was the one that got me motivated to listen to this beautiful band though. So that's my story

Posted July 31st, 2011 05:52 PM IP How's it going everyone? I hope that everyone's weekend went well. How did I discover The Beatles for the first time? I was 3 years old when I saw The Beatles for the first time on The Ed Sullivan Show. According to my parents, I danced, screamed and yelled out T-H-E B-E-A-T-L-E-S!!!!!!! I can barely remember some of the show but when I purchased "The Four Complete Historic Ed Sullivan Shows Starring The Beatles" 2-DVD Set, it was amazing how I could still remember parts from the show. What's really funny is that I can remember experiences that happened to me as a baby but I can't remember anything that happened to me yesterday. Take care.
