MoogDroog If *cough* someone had never heard Redd Kross before, should they start here or maybe grab an album instead?

No, I'd go for the albums first. All the albums are completely different, though, so maybe this set, which covers em all and is in nice sound, would be a good place.
If you decide to go for an album, I'd say try Neurotica first, not my fave, but probably most representative.

IanWagner BTW, the encores not listed on the setlist are Love Is You, Frightwig's Crazy World, Standing In Front Of Poseur, the Good Times theme and the Shangri-Las' Heaven Only Knows.

northcountryboy Cheers for the show, man. Never heard any live Kross whatsoever. Looking forward to hearing how they're reproducing the 'Third Eye' and 'Show World' stuff on stage.

Hearing all the eras summarised by the best lineup of the band is pretty darn sublime.

IanWagner Roy McDonald is such a drum god. His drumming here is Who-Monterey quality.

IanWagner You'll love this, Jon. They also hit up bits of Quiet Riot's Bang Your Head, KISS' I Love It Loud, The Spoonful's Daydream and Across The Universe.
They are recording a new one now.
They're gonna do Coachella, you should go to that. Stunning lineup. Portishead and Kraftwerk second night.
