Okay.. due to the heat and a few other things we'll be holding a free clinic/ride Sunday morning to the first 20 people ready to ride at our trailer at 8am. The ride will only be for 3 hours so it will be quick and we will cover a few key things, film 1 or 2 how to videos for our site and ride a bunch.
It will be a technical ride but there will be help from Myself, Ryan and my dad along with several VCMC members.
I am personally trained in CPR and emergency first-aid (however I haven't needed to use it yet) and we will have radios and water and tools for saftey.
So Come on over to the VCMC Flag on pit row at 8 am and ride with us!!! |

It was a really fun time, I like riding like that where we just find something good to work and and do it a few times. |
