Recently we changed our email addresses. Our previous addresses were hosted by our internet carrier, and were deleted once we quit their services. I forgot to go into my settings in my account and change the addresss before that happened and now I cannot sign in. I guess the board actually checks your email account authenticity each time you enter under your account name. So I can no longer access the closed threads. Is there anything you can do from your end to access my account and change my email address? My user name is Happymusser and my old email was happymussers@dejazzd.com. new address is happymussers@yahoo.com.
I'm guessing I prly have to set up a whole new profile, but wanted to see if there's anything that can be done on your end first....
