Here are a couple of apps I have found useful on my iPhone:
Good way to track food intake, calories, water etc. Has an iPhone app and a website which are both free.
myWOD — All-in-One Log for CrossFit $.99
My favorite app to track WODs. Has most of the standard WODs built in and its easy to add custom or un-named WODs from CFS.
