I had good luck with others online, between 20.00-24.00 Sweden timezone. (gmt+1.00)
Always Old school and ranked.

That's exactely where I browse for some fights too- usually there's someone up for a fight- if not I just play some single player fights and try again 5 mins later- then it works.
If you wait for another player online I use the "dummy" as a warmup and try to work on the "dirty moves"- because they are hardest to land in a real fight.
It's all about the workout...
