I don't often take the time to read things like this, but I did this time. I love it, cuz i can relate. This posted suggested several time that we need to "Let go.". I just started reading Sheila Walsh's new book "Let Go". Makes me wonder whats in all this for me.

a quote from the one comment "I've found many mamas are not very supportive of others". wonder if I should start a thread on that. I have more thoughts on that and wonder if anyone else does.

????? floating through my mind. Is this maybe why I'm experiencing "mom burnout" lately? Not enough support from other moms???
I'll need to go back and read the 'mom guilt' article later. i experience a lot of mom quilt. Thanks for sharing this, janedi!

Thanks! Just what I needed!

Jodie, start the thread. I often find myself in competition mode and am not supporting or validating other moms because I'm so busy trying to out-do someone else.

I see "Mom Guilt" comes from the blog, "Simple Mom". LOVE that blog, and she's even got a book due to come out soon about simple living.
