Please pray for Stan and Sarah Hartzler and their family. Sarah found their 13 year old daughter dead, face down on her pillow yesterday morning. They think she had a seizure, which was not uncommon.
I cannot imagine their pain right now!
Their daughter Monica had just returned from CO and was planning a fun dress-up date with her little sister last night!
My heart goes out to them all!

WHAT??!!!! I know this family... used to go to church with them years ago!!! Will pray... SO sad!

Yes, praying for them. So sad! thanks for posting Twila!
They have 4 babies buried at our church cemetery. So now there will be 5 in heaven and 5 living. It just makes me so sad - life just doesn't always turn out the way we wanted it to.  God be with them.
They suspect that she died around midnight.
Their deacon works at our school. My husband got a call from the pastors wife saying she needed to talk to the deacon - it was an emergency - a death. Jason said his heart about stopped.
At this point Jason was told that they don't know what caused her death because she used to have seizures but that she hasn't had any for several years now. They are wondering if it had something to do with her medication. I'm holding my breath on giving details - I might be wrong! :/

Praying for them. It's so sad. Gloria, don't they have 6 children living yet?

They got the news yesterday that she did die of a seizure.
Her mom also said that she told her lately, "the angels were in my room again last night". Sarah said, " in your dreams right?" and she said, "no mom they were there for real."
Last week she was talking with her brother about death/heaven and she said, "I hope I can just go to bed some night and never wake up the next morning."
It was her time to go home. Another beautiful child in heaven.

^^^Wow! I think if I were Sarah, I'd cry to hear my daughter talk like that... figuring that she was having some sort of premonition. From personal experience, the little lady likely never knew what happened... just went unconscious and later woke up in heaven. But I'm crying for the family...
I can't recall right now the circumstances of Stan & Sarah's other children's deaths. Could you refresh my memory, please?

They have an older daughter Sabrina living in NYC.
About the dreams - I'm friends with Monica on fb, and she talked about having dreams about heaven recently too. So beautiful, and I'm sure it's a comfort to them now!
