We ended up with Burger King after church. We are still getting meals brought in because of the baby & whoever was supposed to bring tonight obviously forgot so we fed the children a little something before church & then went & got stuff afterwards. By the time we were sure no one was bringing anything, it was too late to make much of anything. =)

Made these for (Sunday) lunch yesterday....there were delicious!! A quick and easy thing to make when you get home from church!! I will be making them again, for sure!

Pork gravy over rice, asparagus, and cranberry/walnut/orange muffins, applesauce...for the rest of the family. Same old diet food for me.

I'm with Rachal...they're two separate dishes. To me, haystacks is basically taco salad with rice added.

Fresh Homemade Bread and Cheesy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole for the family. Maybe I'll make a dessert yet??? If I do then I'm tempted to eat it. Baked Fish and Spaghetti Squash for me.

Leftover cooked chicken heated in the oven with Buffalo Sauce on half and BBQ sauce on the other half, topped with cheese. Surprisingly good. Also, we had fresh salsa (one of my favorite things!!) and tortilla chips and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a quick but good meal.
