Hello! My name is Juliann Good, married to my best friend Laverne. We have a little daughter, Aliyah. She is almost 15 months old and a bundle of love and energy. She has been the most recent life-changing event in our lives, and I need more advice than I've ever needed before!
I have debated for awhile whether or not to join this board - I know hardly any of you - but I've done some browsing on here and have learned a lot from the discussions I've read. It seems moms have a lot in common, eh?
Yeah, we're from Canada - southern Ontario to be exact. My husband is a teacher and the principal of our school, and I love to help him. I was a teacher for several years before we were married, and it still flows in my veins. We live very close to the school, so I'm over there a lot.
In between times I enjoy cooking, sewing, writing, and of course, loving my baby!

I was born in Canada and spent my first 4 years of life there, but it was in Dryden, Ontario.

Welcome from another teacher's wife! I also taught before I was married, but since we live 20 minutes from school, and I have my hands full with my youngest, I don't help at school very much at all.

Judi, I've never been to Dryden, ON, but I have been to the Far North (Kenora) twice. Ahhhhhhh! Beautiful, pristine country - you have a lovely homeland.

Maranatha Christian School, Drayton, ON. Not very far away from Countryside School. Where is your husband from?
